Delete Your MileVault Account
You have the right to delete your MileVault account and all associated data at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion
Send an email to:
admin.milevault@okmdbs.com
Subject: Delete My MileVault Account
Include: The email address registered with your account
⚠️ This action is permanent. Once deleted, your account and all data cannot be recovered.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, hashed password)
- All mileage trips and RideLog entries
- Vehicles, workplaces, and saved places
- Fuel log, odometer log, and trip templates
- Reports and accountant information
- Subscription records
- Device push token
Timeline
We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving your email and send a confirmation once complete.
